On July 13, 2024, at the Chu Mom Ray AHP, Thua Thien Hue Union of Science and Technology Associations (HUSTA) coordinated with the Women’s Union of Sa Son commune, the Women’s Union of Sa Nhon commune and Chu Mom Ray AHP Management Board organized a conference to summarize 02 micro-grants (MG) under the Small Grant Program phase 2 (SGP II)
Dr. Ho Dac Thai Hoang – Chairman of HUSTA, Mr. Dang Thanh Long – Chairman of Kon Tum Union of Science and Technology Associations, Mr. U Minh Nam – Deputy Head of the Ethnic Committee of Kon Tum Province, Mr. Pham Hong Thai – Deputy Head Department of Science and International Cooperation of Chu Mom Ray National Park, Mrs. Phan Thi My Lan – Chairwoman of Sa Thay District Women’s Union along with the beneficiary households of 02 micro-grants at Sa Nhon and Sa Son communes took part in the conference
The conference evaluated the results achieved, advantages and difficulties, as well as lessons during the implementation of 02 micro-grant packages:
– Support agricultural farming households to compost and fertilize crops to increase productivity and income in Sa Son commune [2023 VNM CMRNP MG 01]
– Supporting women raising native striped pigs to develop the household economy in Sa Nhon commune [2023 VNM CMRNP MG 02]
