On March 30, 2023 at the People’s Committee of Sa Thay district, Kon Tum province, a pig delivery activity took place.
This is one of the activities in the Micro Grant (MG), namely “Support women raising striped pig to develop household economy in Sa Nhon commune”, which is implemented by the Women Union of Sa Nhon Commune. This project is a part of the 2nd phase Small Grants Programme (SGP II) funded by the ASEAN Center for Biodiversity (ACB) and the German Reconstruction Bank (KfW), facilitated by the Institute of Resources and Environment (IREN) as the Service Provider.
Participating in striped pigs allocating activities were Mr Dao Xuan Thuy – Director of Chu Mom Ray National Park Management Board, Mr Duong Thanh Tung – Training expert and representatives of 30 benefiting households of the project.
In this activity, the Women’s Union of Sa Nhon Commune handed over 60 piglets to 30 participating households.
