On March 14, 2023, at the hall of Kon Ka Kinh National Park, Dak Jo Ta Commune, Mang Yang District, Gia Lai Province, the Institute of Resources and Environment (IREN) conducted the 2nd call for Proposals of the Micro Grants (MG). These projects are parts of the 2nd phase Small Grants Programme (SGP II) funded by the ASEAN Center for Biodiversity (ACB) and the German Reconstruction Bank (KfW), facilitated by the Institute of Resources and Environment (IREN) as the Service Provider.
Participants in the meeting were Dr. Ho Dac Thai Hoang – Director of the Institute of Resources and Environment, Mr. Ha Van Hung – Assistant Chief Technical Advisor of SGP II, Mr. Dao Xuan Thuy – Director of Chu Mom Ray National Park, researchers of IREN, representatives of 02 organizations who were awarded in the 1st call and representatives of organizations, associations and groups which are interested in the project.
At this Call for Proposals, Dr. Ho Dac Thai Hoang and Mr. Ha Van Hung showed difficulties when proposing a project, and the reasons why a proposal may be rejected, thereby solving the questions of the participants.
